In discussing food and weight loss, I was introduced to a site called Hungry Girl by both my best friend (who also picked up the cookbook for me) and Marirosa. The tips and resources are incredibly intriguing and very helpful. For instance, using canned pumpkin instead of eggs & oil....wow! Who would have thought?!
The cookbook has numerous recipes for guilt-free eating. I haven't tried them yet as I just laid my hands on this book over the weekend but I've tagged quite a few recipes to try like the breakfast burrito. And all the recipes are for individual portions.
Hungry Girl is also Weight Watchers-friendly. And a girl who's always hungry can use a friend like Hungry Girl.
